Amanda Moore
Award Winning Tennis Teaching Professional
Amanda Moore is a teaching professional recognized by multiple Sections for bringing new players into the sport. Moore is a USTA National Cardio Tennis Trainer and industry speaker. A former all American at USC, Moore won Pac-10 singles, doubles, and team titles—then competed professionally, reaching a Top 300 WTA ranking. She serves the USTA on both a Sectional and national level.
Andrea Perez
Former SVP Global Marketing, PlayStation | Board Director, Hims & Hers Health
USTA Coaching Board Vice President
Andrea Perez is a global business leader and board director known for shaping inclusive, culturally resonant brands. She started and scaled Jordan Women’s at Nike, led global marketing teams at PlayStation, and currently advises startups in technology, sport, and wellness. She serves on the Hims & Hers board.
Ian Symmonds
Founder and Chief Strategist of Ian Symmonds & Associates
USTA Coaching Board President
Ian Symmonds is a global expert in organizational strategy for education and nonprofit organizations. He founded Ian Symmonds & Associates in 2003 and is the creator of FirmSmith, having advised nearly 2,000 institutions worldwide. A former competitive tennis player, he launched the #JustCause campaign in 2010 to address poverty through education.
Jon Rydberg
Paralympic Elite Athlete, National Tennis Coach, USTA National Board
Jon Rydberg is a Paralympian, and current U.S. Men's World Team Cup Captain, with a three-decade career in international wheelchair tennis. He won multiple gold and silver medals at the Parapan American Games and has competed four times in the Paralympic Games. Now a USTA national coach, Rydberg develops tennis programs for all.
Neel Grover
CEO of ShopSimon.com, Former Founder & Executive Chair of Indi, former CEO of Rakuten North America, Buy.com, and Bluefly.com
Neel Grover is a technology entrepreneur, currently serving as CEO of ShopSimon.com. He previously led Rakuten North America overseeing over $5 billion in sales. Grover is the Chairman of the Board of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), serves on the Board of Directors and is Vice President for the USTA Southern California and is a top-ranked U.S. doubles player.
Nancy Wilkins
Director of Tennis at Ron Jaworski’s RiverWinds Golf & Tennis Club, USTA Middle States Delegate
USTA Coaching Board Secretary
Nancy Wilkins has 40 years of coaching experience and has served players of all levels. A former college player, Wilkins has served as the USTA Middle States President. She has been involved with Special Olympics for years serving as the Tennis Commissioner for the 2014 USA Games and Tournament Director for the 2015 World Games. She is a member of the USTA National Adaptive Committee.
Alexis Glick
Former CEO of Nature Energy, Director Gabelli and Schreiber Foods, Private Equity Advisor
Alexis Glick is an accomplished executive who has built businesses and led teams in finance, energy, media, and private equity. She led the $2B sale of Nature Energy to Shell as CEO. Built the Fox Business Network, ran Morgan Stanley’s New York Stock Exchange business, the first and youngest woman to do so, and is an expert on the economy where she appears regularly on TV.
