USTA Coaching, in partnership with WeCOACH, is officially accepting applications for USTA Coaching Serving All: Aspiring Coaches powered by WeCOACH. This is an 8-month leadership and tennis coaching development experience created to help college-age, women student-athletes build the confidence, skills and connections needed to enter the tennis coaching profession.

 

The program offers a comprehensive pathway for young leaders to build the confidence, technical skills and professional networks necessary to thrive in the tennis industry.

Program Structure & Commitment

The 2026 cohort will participate in a hybrid model of learning, combining virtual and high-impact in-person training.

  • Virtual Curriculum: Five online sessions held June 2026-January 2027
  • Orlando Leadership Event: A landmark in-person leadership event held December 12-14, 2026, at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, FL.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Be a sophomore, junior, senior, graduate student or graduate assistant competing in an NCAA, NAIA or Junior/Community College varsity tennis program

  • Identify as a woman

  • Be (or become) Safe Play approved
